MC News Release – Haylie Costello

Military Crashpad® is veteran owned and operated and we pride ourselves on hiring other veterans and military spouses. By working with people directly in the military community, we’re able to relate and empathize with your situation as you move around the country which enables us to provide you with top-notch service tailored specifically to you and your family.

Our mission is to provide each military members with a comfortable and affordable place to stay whenever they’re traveling on orders. We couldn’t do that without our team members and support from our local community so we’d like to highlight one of our star performers, Haylie Costello.

Haylie Costello graduated cum laude from Texas Christian University in 2012 where she majored in Communication Studies and minored in Spanish. Her first job was in Austin, Texas working under US Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison and then for US Congressman Roger Williams as a Staff Assistant. She then decided to move closer to her hometown near Fort Worth, Texas and worked as the Annual Giving Coordinator at Cook Children’s Medical Center where she spent 4 years coordinating fundraising efforts for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and employee giving campaigns. Haylie is a proud Air Force spouse and has experienced the PCSs, TDYs and everything in between so she is happy to help fellow military families ease the burden during these stressful times.

Haylie joined the MC family in March and she quickly excelled with her comforting and warm personality. Her job as our lead customer service representative means she has to be on call to answer any tenant issues day and night. In her short time with us, she’s already dramatically reduced our response time, increased productivity, and most importantly, taken care of all of our tenant’s needs. She truly is an amazing person and we’re happy to have her on our team.

Haylie and her husband, Capt. Mike Costello, are stationed at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota where Mike flies the B-1 in the 34th Bomber Squadron.
