Military Crashpad® is owned and operated by military members that have been in the same shoes as their customers.

The company was started by someone who experienced the lack of comfortable military lodging during a training program to Altus AFB and knew there was a better way. As a result, Military Crashpad®’s mission is to improve the lives of service members by providing comfortable and affordable housing options and other services.

Haylie Costello – Customer Service Representative

Haylie Costello graduated cum laude from Texas Christian University in 2012 where she majored in Communication Studies and minored in Spanish. Her first job was in Austin, Texas working under US Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison and then for US Congressman Roger Williams as a Staff Assistant. She then decided to move closer to her hometown near Fort Worth, Texas and worked as the Annual Giving Coordinator at Cook Children’s Medical Center where she spent 4 years coordinating fundraising efforts for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and employee giving campaigns. Haylie is a proud Air Force spouse and has experienced the PCSs, TDYs and everything in between so she is happy to help fellow military families ease the burden during these stressful times.

Haylie joined the MC family in March and she quickly excelled with her comforting and warm personality. Her job as our lead customer service representative means she has to be on call to answer any tenant issues, day and night. In her short time with us, she’s already dramatically reduced our response time, increased productivity, and most importantly, taken care of all of our tenant’s needs. She truly is an amazing person and we’re happy to have her on our team.

Brandi Latina – Customer Service Representative

Brandi comes to the Military Crashpad® team with a lot of experience in the military as a spouse and plenty of work experience in related fields. She worked a few different jobs as her husband was moved around the country for new assignments. She’s worked as a substitute teacher in the Baltimore School District, a Customer Service Representative for HBI Priority Freight, and most notably a Clinical Medical Assistant at Ohio State University.

Brandi Latina is a proud mother and an Air Force spouse. Shee’s been through many PCSs & TDYs and experienced both the enlisted and officer life.

Brandi brings a new level of organization and level of warmth to our team. She has unbelievable skills in Microsoft Excel and her attention to detail is amazing! We’re very excited to have Brandi on our team.
